Accommodations:
  • Housing:
    • Off campus apartments/ student residence. PXL does not operate student residence.
    • All international students must rent a room from a private landlord
    • Students generally rent a room (or “knot”) in a student house/building shared with 5-60 other students.
    • Rooms are usually furnished (bed linens and ketches utensils are not accommodations)
    • The average rent is approximately 250 € per month, including utilities.
    • Students are required to pay a deposit of 2 months’ rent in advance
    • There is an up-to-date online database of rooms; this database contains a list of all available accommodations, including the landlords/owners who use the official tenancy agreement
